3196154 - Custom text does not reflect the new value

• I can see Custom Text is configured for a field via Admin Configuration but when I locate the field on the module page, the new value is not reflected.
• I customized module names set using Custom Text, however they do not appear in the Module dropdown when creating a new Custom Field. Instead, the original system name is still shown, and the custom name is not displayed.
