3196203 - The table does not refresh and error "Conversion could not determine valid conversion rate for value(s)" is found in the console log in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC):

• When you open a story, a table in the story keeps loading and cannot be refreshed.
• In the Developer Tools (F12) -> Console tab, the following error messages occur:
  
  • [Error] Server: (#42014) Caught exception : exception 70000719: Conversion( "SignedDataConversion" ), row XXX: could not determine valid conversion rate for value(s) YYY from unit 'A' to unit 'B' on date yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.0000000 for conversion_type 'ZZZ'
• However, this conversion rate exists in the currency rate table.
