Post upgrading to IQ 16.1 SP05 running a GRANT ALL statement fails with this error message:

Could not execute statement.
Permission denied: you do not have permission to use the "GRANT BACKUP TABLE" statement
SQLCODE=-121, ODBC 3 State="42000"
