Symptom
drop connection <connhandle> command could fail to drop a connection under one or more of those conditions:
- IQ connections with open cursor.
- Connections come from an SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) server.
- Client processes in ASE cannot be killed with the regular KILL command.
- Kill client processes with the WITH FORCE option in SAP ASE was not tried.
