3196439 - Charts only show 10,000 data points with Data Blending in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Charts only show 10,000 data points with Data Blending in a story.
• Blended data for import model (e.g. based on a file) with a live model (e.g. based on SAP BW) are cut off after 10.000 records in SAC.
• Both browser based and SDI based blending affected.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Login to SAC.
2. Create an import model e.g. based on a file.
3. Create a live model e.g. based on SAP BW.
4. Create a Canvas story with Bar/Column chart based on the live model.
5. Add a measure => in this example >17 000 values will be listed in the chart.
6. Add Linked Models and select the import model.
7. Create Dimension Linking with Link on ID.
8. In the chart, add dimension from the import model.
9. Result => only 10 000 values will be listed in the chart.

This is a limitation in the product.
