3196461 - MRP Planning master data: Consumption fields grayed out and cannot be edited

Symptom

It is impossible to change the planning values in MRP material master (tcode MM02). Fields are grayed out / not editable. The affected fields are: Consumption mode and consumption period (backward + forward).

Still even with OPPU customizing empty you cannot change the consumption periods via MM02.
