3196494 - Error Message "No emails found matching the filter criteria: Outlook Account details missing in the Config file"

Symptom

When you execute the bot Business Document Extraction from the E-Mail (1x1), it fails with below error in the log file

No emails found matching the filter criteria: Outlook Account details missing in the Config file

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Cause

Some of the causes are as follows,

  1. There is no email subject matching the search criteria
  2. Mandatory fields such as "Recipient Search Criteria" and "Subject Search Criteria" are kept blank
  3. Modification or wrong Config file
  4. In Config file, you marked yes for unread emails only but there is no unread emails

Resolution

In order to avoid this issues,

  1. Ensure to maintain all the search criteria/operator fields in config file.
  2. Config file should be up to date and should not be altered. Download the latest file from - https://store.irpa.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/#/package/19000db6-3a8f-4f2f-a43e-c37a2f299535
