3196610 - Benefit Name not displayed in Approval Cards - Latest Home Page

• You have recently implemented the Latest Home Page
• You have pending Benefit-related Workflows (e.g. Reimbursement Claims, Enrollments, etc.)
• The Approval cards in the For You Today section are displayed as expected, however, only basic details such as Subject User, Submitted On, and Submitted By are displayed
• Benefit Name is not included

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Workflows

Product Management has confirmed that at the moment, this is expected behavior with Benefit Workflows in the latest home page.

To review the workflow details, you can click on "Review and Approve" or leverage the Professional Manage Workflow Requests page where key details (including Benefit Name) are displayed.
