Symptom
After upgrading from SAP IQ 16.0 to SAP IQ 16.1:
- One of the processes is broken and corresponding SQL is causing Non-Fatal IQ error affecting certain processes.
- Command text: insert into "user"."table" ... values( @p0,@p1,@p2,@p3,@p4,@p5,@p6,@p7,@p8,@p9,@p10,@p11,@p12 )

Insert works when user manually insert the values, but when the same values are passed using through java application, it errors out with stack trace.
