3196704 - Latest Homepage Cards not showing after they are created, updated or permissioned (for a couple of minutes) - Card Service Cache

• You create a Supplemental To-Do Card, but when accessing the Homepage though all assignments are correct the card is not shown;
• You have create a Custom Card (Organizational Update Card) or change a grouping for the cards, but when accessing the homepage the change is not replicated;
• You have changed MDF RBP permissions that should allow users to see new cards on homepage, but the users are not able to see the new cards after your action;

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Do a change that should modify the latest homepage;
2. Go to homepage and check if change is reflected.

The latest Homepage uses a service to generate the cards and due to performance reasons, we have a cache that is set to take up to 10 minutes to update the below items:

• Supplemental To-Dos
• MDF RBP permission changes (When these permissions are enabled or disabled then it takes 10 mins to reflect)
• Custom Card Grouping

After any changes on the below items, you need to wait at least 10 minutes to be able to see for sure the results of your changes:

• Supplemental To-Dos
• MDF RBP permission changes (When these permissions are enabled or disabled then it takes 10 mins to reflect)
• Custom Card Grouping

If you have done the change and you still are not able to see the Cards, review your implementation including the RBP permissions for the users and the Card assignment.

At last resource, you can raise a customer case with support under component LOD-SF-PLT-LHOM to check for any potential issues. Once opening the case, be sure to provide the below:

• Clear description on which card has the issue;
• How you setup the Card;
• When you did the changes;
• Support access to the instance as well as steps for support to reproduce it.
