3196787 - Welcome Message card error for onboardee - Onboarding

When the external user clicks on the Welcome Message Card, the following error pops up:

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or copy the below error information and send it to your support group if the issue keeps occurring.

internalMessage=Could not complete action of type HANDLE_CARD_ACTION in section ENGAGEMENT_CARDS
errorMessage=Record for entity UsefulContactInternalUserEntity with key UsefulContactInternalUserEntity/userId=XXX does not exist. Please check the key value.

code=NotFound

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Issue is caused due to Missing RBP Permissions

Grant the following RBP Permissions to the external user role (and internal user role if needed).

• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions - Process
• Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions - Recommended People Task

NOTE: If Buddy Task or Recommended People (Useful Contact) Task is configured in the instance, then the RBP Permission "Recommended People Task" is a necessary permission.
The RBP Permission "Recommended People Task" has a dependency in completion of Buddy Task, Recommended People and Welcome Message.
