3196924 - Certain E-Mails are not polled by the Mail Sender Adapter

Symptom

Certain e-mails remain in the mailbox and are not processed by Cloud Integration. With each poll new Message Processing Logs appear in the Message Monitor and stay in status PROCESSING.
