SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3196926 - Enqueue Replicator 2 is in YELLOW status OR Enqueue Server 2 is in hung state

Symptom

  • ERS 2 (Enqueue replicator 2) shows yellow status when checked with sapcontrol command:

              sapcontrol -nr <instance_number> -function GetProcessList

              enq_replicator, Enqueue Replicator 2, YELLOW, Running but status info unavailable, 2022 04 25 17:54:46, 0:07:49, 11029

  • Trace file "dev_enq_replicator" under ERS work folder shows below warnings:

               *** WARNING => IcmAcceptClient: server overload: conn: 5000 - accept delayed

  • Similar information will be found in  ENSA 2  (Enqueue server 2) as well in "dev_enq_server" trace under work folder of ASCS/SCS (i.e ENSA 2) instance and Enqueue server could be in hung state due to below error:

               *** WARNING => IcmAcceptClient: server overload: conn: 5000 - accept delayed
