3197181 - Digital signature is only signed on the first page

Symptom

You are using Adobe Document Services(ADS) to add server side digital signature to a PDF with multiple pages. You are using a Signature field on master page and thus expecting to sign all pages with the same signature. However, ADS is signing only on the first page.
