3197230 - Unable to create TM relevant delivery from ERP documents due to dump error

Symptom

A dump with the error ASSERTION_FAILED in Program CL_SHP_BOPF_SAVE occurred during delivery creation. The error message /SCMTMS/TOR 044 indicates that some date/time in TOR objects (FU, FO) are not acceptable.
