Is it possible to configure "Letter of Intent" as a feature permission in the Application on top of the Offer Letter and Offer Approval?

Resolution
A letter of intent is a document outlining the understanding between two or more parties which they intend to formalize in a legally binding agreement.
Currently there is no way to have "Letter of Intent" added to the application as a feature permission.
