3197461 - Calendar picker in Development Goal creation is closing when using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons - 1H 2022

Symptom

After 1H 2022 Release (b2205), the calendar picker for date fields when creating/editing Development Goals is closing when user is using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons to select the Month and Year.
