3197488 - Exporting data from a model to Excel fails to download the expected information in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When trying to download data from a model fact table using filters, the system is throwing a message with less data than expected.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.2.12

1) Log into SAC and open the impacted model.
2) Go to Data Management
3) Go to Export Jobs section and select 'Export Model As File'> Create new schedule
4) Make the below option for the export:
- In the Export details tab:
Export Model to : File Repository
Data to be exported: Fact Data Only
Select the 2 options: Add separator information for use in Excel
Export fiscal date
- In the Select Data tab enter data for this information as filter:
Public - Category Filter.
Public- Time Filter.
Public- Organisation Filter
Public- Flow Filter.
Public- Audittrail Filter.
5) Click Export
-> a message appears shown that only way less lines are exported.
If we Export the data without any filters, it will show correct lines exported to csv file.
And if we make the same job filter for the data in the excel file, it will show the number of lines which is the correct lines number.
