3197498 - Unshared Story reports visible in Report Center when proxying as a non admin user due to that user not being synced

When proxying as a non admin user, we can see Story reports in Report Center, even thought they are not shared with that user.

SAP SuccessFactors Story reports

1. Login to SF
2. Navigate to Reporting
3. Notice that your user can see Story reports listed in Report Center
4. Proxy as user "A", who is not a Report Admin (doesn't have access to "All Reports" tab)
5. Navigate to Reporting
6. Same reports are visible to the proxied user, even though they are not shared with them.
7. If user "A" logs in directly on the instance (not using proxy), they do not see these Story reports listed in Report Center

User "A" doesn't exist in SAC. If both users exist in SAC, then proxy will work as expected.

If proxied user doesn't exits in SAC, then all the operation done by proxy user would be in context of that proxy user.

Follow 2994478  KBA to check if the affected user exists in SAC.
If they do not, then the check tool will proposed a solution on how to fix it (in most of the cases, it'll be to run the IPS sync job).
