3197565 - Production Supply Area (PSA) is required for creating a delivery in EWM.

Symptom

In the ERP system, you create an Inbound Delivery that is relevant to EWM and that has a Production Supply Area (PSA) defined. However, the queue to create the delivery in EWM is stuck due to the following error message:
