3197596 - Description cutoff when Badge given via "My Team"

When a manager gives a badge through the "My Team" card / tile on the Home Page, the badge's description gets cutoff after one character.

1. Login or Proxy as a Manager
2. Click "My Team" card / tile from the home page
3. Chose any employee
4. 'Actions'
5. 'Give a badge'
   
6. Enter a text
   
7. Go into the employee's profile and view their badges
8. Only the first letter appears on the description.
   

Engineering has created a code-fix for this issue on release b2211.1

As a workaround the badges can be given via Employee Profile without the issue appearing.
