3197606 - OKtoRehire field is resetting while selecting Transfer Direct Reporters or Transfer of Job Relationship

There is an onChange business rule on termination date field to default the OktoRehire field to Yes. 

While selecting the options in Transfer of Direct reports or Transfer of Job Relationship in the termination UI, the field is resetting to "No".
