3197625 - Activation not Permitted; Pricing Product &PRODUCT_ID& Not Active

When you are replicating Materials from ERP, the respective interface MaterialReplicationInitiatedByExternalIn fails with error: Activation not permitted; pricing product &PRODUCT_ID& not active

 C4C

1. go to Administration
2. Open Web Service Monitoring
3. Search by the message ID of respective Interface

4. The error details shows: Activation not permitted; pricing product XXXXX not active

Error context: Activation not permitted; pricing product &PRODUCT_ID& not active

You must to add the missing sales data into the respective C4C product first before processing the message of material replication.

 e.g.

Error: The "pricing" product 00015 present in the payload has following active sales data maintained in C4C:

<SalesOrganisationID>XYZ01</SalesOrganisationID>

<SalesOrganisationID>XYZ02</SalesOrganisationID>

<SalesOrganisationID>XYZ03</SalesOrganisationID>

If any sales area which is part of incoming message is not present in C4C Product Sales Data, then such error will be raised.

Ensure you have maintained all Sales Org Data (XYZ01, XYZ02 and XY03) for "000015" C4C Product.
