How can we manage Crossboarding/ Internal Onboarding in the New Home Page?

Resolution

Paperwork is automatically generated when an activity is on NES.
Custom card is visible for a group. What conditions will be used depend on customer business needs and instance configuration.
"isOnboardingUser" was used as example and more applicable option for pre-day1 users.
We cannot advise how to filter, it would be out of our scope as it would require more knowledge than just Onboarding module. However, feel free to check community.
