3197830 - "fatal: Authentication failed for" error when clone NEO git repository in BAS using S-user ID

Symptom

Created one git repository in NEO Git under NEO subaccount menu "Git Repositories".
Within BAS, try to clone the NEO git repository using S-user ID and password, but it failed with error:
