3197954 - Product ID and Product Description missing in CCO Gift card item

Symptom

  • When an article is sent as a standard sales article from CCO to ByD, the fields Product ID and Product Description are populated in ByD
  • When the same article is sent as a gift card from CCO to ByD (this is in CCO configuration -> Sales -> Article ID of Gift Card), the fields Product ID and Product Description are empty in ByD
