SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
System is on EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 along with EHP3 for Netweaver 7.0 and while planning an upgrade in Maintenance Planner, OS/DB files are not visible in the "Select files" phase.
On this screen, the option to select the Operating System, Database and Kernel files does not appear and it is followed by the below alert message.
If continued further, stack dependent and independent files are empty.
