3198013 - setuphadr hangs on companion host on Windows - SRS

Symptom

  • setuphadr fails on companion host and appears to hang.
  • setuphadr init log shows:

    2022-04-22 10:30:02 Executing "cmd /c I:\\Sybase\\<SID>\ASE-16_0\bin\rma.bat > nul 2>&1"...

  • RMA could not be started via Windows Services
  • RMA could be started manually, but it took 30 minutes
