3198026 - "BW system is not completely configured" appears in PREP_CONFIGURATION_DMO/DETBWMODE phase of SUM tool

While executing SUM DMO in PREP_CONFIGURATION_DMO/DETBWMODE phase the following error happens:

BW System is not completely configured

Your system is identified as a BW system with active process chains or RDA daemons. Therefore, maintain now the destination for the import postprocessing as follows:

• Use either transaction SPRO and follow the path SAP Netweaver -> Business * -> Transport Settings -> Create 'Destination for Import Post-Processing'
• or call transaction RSTPRFC (Create destination in BW standard client for import post-processing) directly.

However, the BW client is not active or in use in the ERP/SAP SCM system.
