After H1 2022 release, The Process Owner could identify the raters in anonymous mode .

Resolution

Prerequisite

•Provisioning -> Form Template Administration -> Edit Form Attributes -> check on "Anonymous 360"

•Bixz -> Admin Center -> Form Template Settings -> check on "Show Participants in Status Summary (Applicable to Anonymous 360's only)"

Once the 360 form is in evaluation stage, Process owner could identify the raters in anonymous mode .
