3198141 - No data displayed in the cash flow statements although the Online Offsetting Account Determination is activated

G/L accounts in the document have been maintained in the cash flow statement version and the Online Offsetting Account Determination is activated, but the documents are still not displayed in the cash flow statements report.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app Run Statutory Reports.
2. Fill out the mandatory fields and click Go.
3. Choose one compliance report and download the PDF, but it shows no data.

The documents were generated before activation.

Please activate Online Offsetting Account Determination in the configuration activity Activate Online Offsetting Account Determination for Several Countries/Rgns. (SSCUI ID: 105333)

If the documents were generated before activation, you can use app Determine Offsetting Accounts for Unprocessed Journal Entries to process journal entries for which offsetting accounts were not determined previously. Usually, these are the journal entries that were not processed during their posting because they were posted before the Offsetting Account Determination solution was activated.
