While executing the report RC_COLLECT_ANALYSIS_DATA with option 'Financial Data Quality'
it fails with the error message:
"SAP Note 3155858 is missing or prerequisities are not up to date"
But note 3155858 is already properly implemented with the latest version in SNOTE.
