3198332 - S/4HANA Cloud SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Authentication Issue Please check the credential's in RFC/Communication System

Error during submitting the report through Run Statutory Reports - Authentication Issue-Please check the credential's in RFC/Communication System

S/4HANA Cloud

• Open Run Statutory Reports.
• Select the Reporting task for the Reporting Period based on the Reporting Entity and Report Name.
• Generate Report Run.
• Select the generated report and Click on submit.
• Report Submission failed with error in log - Authentication Issue-Please check the credential's in RFC/Communication System.

Credentials maintained in Communication System is incorrect nor authenticated.

• Create communication system as mentioned in helpdocument incase not yet created [Creating the Communication System - SAP Help Portal]
• Under "User Outbound Communication" section, if the authentication method is one of the below;-
  
  • Username and password
    
    • Maintain the Puser credentials incase of Custom IDP (IAS tenant) [How to configure Custom IDP is provided here Configuring Custom IDP and Using Own User Base - SAP Help Portal].
    • Maintain Suserid credentials incase of SAP default IDP.
  • OAuth 2.0 Client ID and Client Secret - Maintain Client ID and Client Secret same as created in the subaccount [Creating an OAuth 2.0 Client | SAP Help Portal]
• Assign the User/Client ID maintained under "User Outbound Communication" with ACRS Communication User group in SAP BTP Cockpit (Subaccounts) [Assigning Users to Groups | SAP Help Portal] 
• If the "User Outbound Communication" section is maintained with Puser credentials then follow the steps below;-
  
  • Login to FioriLaunchpad of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Service(formerly known SAP Localization Hub, advanced compliance reporting service) with Puser. If it does not authenticate, please mark Allow Logon for Userid in Custom IDP(IAS tenant). Please refer procedure in link - Configure Allowed Logon Identifiers - SAP Help Portal
• Create Communication Arrangement as mentioned in helpdocument incase not yet created [Creating a Communication Arrangement | SAP Help Portal]

Note;- Maintain only one of the Authentication method in User Outbound Communication.
