3198414 - Shared report is not showing any data when the user tries to run it

The AdHoc report is not showing any data when the user who is not the author tries to run it.

• SAP Success Factors HXM Suite
• Report Table

1. Create an AdHoc report;
2. Run it and confirm that the author can see the data;
3. Share the report with another user;
4. Proxy as that user;
5. Open the report.

The user who is not the author cannot see the data. All columns are shown as blank.

Detail Report permission is necessary in order for data to be shown to users under Role Based Permission groups who did not create the report.

Apply the following permission to the RBP role of the affected user:

Reports Permission > Detail Report.

Once applied, the users who are not the author should be able to view the report as expected.
