• E-Verify did not receive your case information. Please try to resubmit the case or try again later by going to the E-Verify To-Do tile, find the new hire, and click Start to retrigger the E-Verify case.
• Error says: "i551_number: Document number is invalid"

• The Date Of Birth of the candidate is less than 1989-08-31. Therefore, the candidate does not have the most updated Card I551 with them, but these cards are still considered valid.

1. Access the system
2. Go to Manage Data
3. Search for Process 
4. Provide the ProcessID for the candidate
5. Scroll down until toComplianceProcess section
6. Click on Details for the last event within the section
7. Click on the card next to E-Verify Data, a new window displays; click on edit at your top right hand side
8. Remove the value for I-551 Number field
9. Save
10. Submit E-Verify again
