3198450 - [DC2] HTTP Request failed. Internal Server Error received when accessing Onboarding - Onboarding 1.0

Onboarding page not loading and received below error message:

• Error: HTTP request failed. Internal Server Error

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Onboarding
3. Page is not loading and then eventually will show the error message.

Server downtime and slowness.

• The Operations and Engineering Team are already aware of the issue.
• We faced performance issue with work queue queries in DC2 Production, that shoots up the CPU utilization of SQL server.
  
  

ONB Engineering team is working on the fix and it is supposed to be implemented in 2H 2022 (b2211) release.
