3198492 - User cannot see Pre-Configured Items in the Scheduled Meeting task - Onboarding

Symptom

When a user goes to complete candidate's tasks he/she is not able to see the Pre-Configured items in the Scheduled Meeting task.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User Login
  2. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
  3. Select a candidate
  4. Open task to complete
  5. No Pre-Configured tasks are shown 

Cause

Missing permission.

Resolution

To solve this the user need to have right permission, please confirm user has the bellow permission in the Role:

Onboarding or Offboarding Admin Object Permissions > ONB2Config > Edit permission (only View permission is not enough).
