3198495 - SAP Cloud For Customer: Unable to remove item from Code List Mapping

You are trying to change a Code List Mapping entry but is unable to do so because the button "Remove" is greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Configuration Workcenter. 
2. Click on Overview.
3. Open the Code List Mapping business activity. 
4. Select the mapping entry for the attribute mentioned.
5. See that the "Remove" option is greyed out. 

When the mapping rule "Local And Remote Codes Are Equal" has been selected, it is not possible to remove mapping entries. When this mapping rule is selected entries are created automatically, to avoid inconsistencies, it is not possible to remove them.

If you would like to edit/remove mapping entries, you need to change the mapping rule.
