3198516 - When trying to save the job requisition getting message "You are about to close this Job Req with a status of [status name]" - Recruiting Management

When trying to update the status field of the job requisition and trying to save it, receiving a message: "You are about to close this Job Req with a status of [status name]"

The status selected has a value of 99999 in Picklist Center as per configuration described in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Implementation Guide: Configuring Requisition Hold Status and Closed Status Using MDF Picklists.

If the picklist option has the configuration of 99999, it is a system expected behavior that the system will try to close the job requisition. If the wish is to allow the users to set a Closed job requisition status without having to close it, then it will be require to remove the 99999 value from the option ID configuration in Picklist Center.
