Symptom
- After patch upgrade on DI Cloud systems, normal user (who doesn't have "ADMIN" policy) is getting blank pages after logging into the system.
- Once the "ADMIN" policy user access/log into the system, the blank pages are all gone for normal users.
- Normal users don't have the "sap.dh.shared.start" policy.
