3198552 - Job scheduler running but not executing any job

Checking the job scheduler logs <SID>_JSAGENT.log no error is reported but also no job is executed.

Checking with traces of the kba :

In <SID>.log we find this :

 Multiple password found for user for calloutid xxxxxx,sjobid yy.
 kernel  -> JS: js__callout: failed to run sjobid yy, calloutid xxxxxx. Verifying ...
 kernel  -> JS: js__callout: Deleting all callouts for sjobid yy due to unverifiable job information.
  -> JS: js__sqlseqcode; run [DELETE CALLOUT]

If we check sp_helpexternlogin we see many entries like this:
