User cannot receive an email when goods and service receipt is approved

Reproducing the Issue
When a goods and service receipt is approved, there is no notification for the creator to know when it is approved.
For all the email notifications that can be subscribed in the system is listed in the below path: Home - Inbox - Task Subscriptions.
You can expand the tasks under ’Purchase Orders‘, and there is a task named ’Goods and Services Receipt <GoodsReceiptID> Approved‘
For goods and service receipt created out of a purchase order, please subscribe this task to receive email notification from system.
In case you receive the following error message: Maintain a valid e-mail address in the employee master data, please refer to the case document to resolve the error:
