3198606 - Approver cannot find the approval task in managing my area work center

Approver cannot find the approval task in managing my area work center.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management Work Center.
2. Go to Business Task Management View.
3. Search for shopping cart approval, you find there are open approval tasks for the affected shopping cart.
4. However the approval task is not in listed in the approver's open task list in managing my area work center.

There is an application log under the mentioned approval task: Settings: Responsibility determination for task of type /SRMAP/REQ_IR_APP

You need to add sufficient access authorization to the approver user.

1. Go to Application And User Management Work Center.
2. Choose User and Access Management View.
3. Choose Business users Sub View.
4. Choose the approver user.
5. Choose Edit button and select Access Rights.
6. Please add below views to the approver:

View: My Budget MMA_MYBUDGET
View: My Organization MMA_MYORGANIZATION
View: My Projects MMA_MYPROJECTS
View: My Team MMA_MYTEAM
View: Expenses and Purchases PRO_EXPENSESANDPURCHASES
