3198625 - Cannot add/remove item of purchase request which is in status 'In Revision'

Cannot add/remove item of purchase request which is in status 'In Revision'.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders Work Center.
2. Go to Purchase Requests View.
3. Select the relevant purchase request, which is in status 'In Revision'.
4. Click on 'Edit' button.
5. Navigate to Items tab, you find 'Add Row' and 'Remove' buttons are all not editable.

This is a system limitation, where you cannot add/remove items from purchase request when the purchase request has been released once.

If you want to cancel open quantity of a certain item, please ask approver to approve this purchase request. Once the purchase request is approved, you could cancel the open quantity of a certain item.

If you want to add/remove an item, please ask approver to reject the wrong purchase request, then you could release a new one instead.
