1. Access the app 'Create Sampling Procedure'
2. input a Sampling Procedure name
3. Press Continue
4. In the dropdown menu for field "Valuation Mode" - an entry for 'Without valuation parameters' is missing

The Standard Delivered Customizing does not include valuation mode 510 'Without valuation parameters'

We will add valuation mode 510 with valuation rule 51 in the next release SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208.

Note that SAP can revise the content of a Release without notice.
