How the OK to Rehire functionality applies to contingent workers.

System always marked as "Ok to Rehire" to Yes to Contingent Workers hired via UI, hence this field will be by design hidden for contingent worker UIs.

However please note that if the hire for the contingent worker was made via Import the can explicit set the "Ok to Rehire" flag in employment details import file, if so this needs to be corrected via import otherwise you will receive error on trying to rehire this user.
