3199108 - Purchasing document output's ArchiveLink entry in GOS has no date/time info

Symptom

You have a purchase order whose output(s) should be stored as archive link PDF.
So if you open it in ME23n and if you check the GOS -> "attachment list" menüpoint- then you can see that many of the PDF stored, but you might notice that they do not have time saved, they appear as 00:00:00.
