3199142 - CC Recipients by Role on the Job Requisition do not receive Emails sent through Interview Scheduling

Symptom

When scheduling an Interview for a Candidate and sending the interview invitation email, the Role added in CC in the email template used to send the email does not receive a copy of that email. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Interview Scheduling
  2. Select a candidate
  3. Start scheduling by adding an interviewer and selecting a time slot for the interview
  4. Click on continue
  5. In the next page, select the Interview Invitation email template, which has the Recruiter role in CC
  6. Click on send
  7. The Recruiter does not receive a copy of the email

Resolution

This affects only emails sent through Interview Scheduling. Roles added in CC in an email template receive the email if this email is sent manually from the application page, but not when the email is sent via Interview Scheduling.

Our Engineering team identified this issue as a defect and will be delivering a code fix for this issue in b2211. 

The b2211 Release Dates are as follows: 

Preview: October 14th, 2022
Production: November 18th, 2022

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can add the user's email address in CC instead of the role.
