3199236 - Important notes to avoid performance issues in SNOTE

Below issues are observed when trying to download/implement/de-implement notes via SNOTE transaction:

• SAP Note XXX (Version xxxx) does not exist
• 'Download prerequisite SAP Notes' window pop-up
• Valid notes have status 'Cannot be implemented'
• Unknown object type
• SAP Note download is taking longer duration than expected
• Unable to de-implement sap note containing DDIC corrections
• Format of correction instructions <correction instruction number>; unable to read corr. instruct.
• Incorrect status of note during implementation
• SAP Note <XXXXXX> is Incomplete
• SAP Note 0000000000 does not exist or SAP Note 0000000000 not available
• Error when receiving response from FCMS: Request Header Fields Too Large

The issues may persist in both old SNOTE and new SNOTE (revamped SNOTE).
