Recruiting mails (interview, candidate communication, triggered, status, etc.) are being triggered from SFSF but are not being delivered to external candidates.

This behavior is most likely being caused by the recent increase in security requirements imposed by mails services, like gmail, yahoo, etc. Those services are blocking our SFSF mails because the way our mails works, in which SFSF servers sends mails on behalf of customer's mail servers.

To avoid those blocks customers can setup security measures on their ends, similar to a digital authorization for specific servers to send mails on behalf of their servers.
To set it up, customer's IT team can set any of the two options available, SPF or DKIM.
Any of these 2 technologies will act as an authorization for SuccessFactors servers to send mails on Behalf of the customer.
Customer will need to reach out to their Internal IT to evaluate which is the best option for them, SPF or DKIM.
